LEARNING TO MEDITATE

Unlike many other meditation techniques The Radiance Technique® accesses transcendental light vibrations directly, consequently it is a most effective meditation for stilling the mind. Regular practise helps develop an awareness of the silent, expanded part of ourselves, even when active.  It is easy to both learn and practise.  While individual experiences of meditating with The Radiance Technique® vary the power of this form of meditation to enhance lives is boundless.  Its benefits are cumulative and can be experienced for a lifetime.

Meditating with The Radiance Technique® does not involve any change in lifestyle other than creating the time to meditate. It can be learnt by anyone and does not interfere with any cultural or religious beliefs. The course structure can be adapted to suit individual needs.

LEARNING TO HEAL OTHERS

The same course is suitable for those wishing to learn to heal others. From study of The First Degree of The Radiance Technique® a constant attunement to the transcendental is created within the touch of the healer. It ensures a safe healing unaffected by the physical energy of the healer. It can also be easily combined with other techniques. Both The First Degree and The Second Degree courses are available. Each degree is an expansion of skills and capacity to access this transcendental vibration.

ANIMALS

Skills learned at The First Degree and The Second Degree can also be used to support
the healing process in animals.

COURSE STRUCTURE

Course times are structured according to individual needs and can be taught in a group or individually. A weekend course usually takes place on a Friday afternoon, all-day Saturday and Sunday morning. For those living locally four separate mornings or afternoons can be arranged. Course manuals and certificates will be provided on both The First Degree and The Second Degree courses. Drinks will be provided, please bring your own lunch.

Cambridge City: Close to Cambridge City Centre - street parking is available. Ten minutes walk from from Cambridge Railway Station (50 minutes from Kings Cross).
